AIB’s HACCP Workshop is based on the 12 steps of Codex HACCP and is easy to understand and apply to your own food plant. It’s a great foundation for any GFSI-benchmarked certification audit. This workshop is perfect for all members of a HACCP team, as well as members of senior management, personnel responsible for reviewing and auditing supplier's HACCP programs, and those needing baseline education for implementing FSMA's preventive controls program.
