This course is designed to make everyone in the food handling chain aware of their responsibility for product quality. You can benefit from a practical look at the laws and practices important to warehousing. The GMPs, HACCP, OSHA and Security concerns are all explained. This course will guide you in improving your food safety procedures. A copy of the AIB International Consolidated Standards for Inspection: Food Distribution Centers is included at no extra charge. Enrollments are accepted any time. Upon enrollment students will be shipped all course lessons. Lesson exams are required to be taken online using a computer. Exam instructions will be e-mailed upon enrollment. To receive a document of completion, students must submit an exam for each lesson and maintain an average score of 70% or above.
