pH and TTA Online

If you are serious about controlling shelf life and overall consistency of baked products, you and your team members should learn about pH and TTA. Through this interactive, on-line course, AIB has made it possible to learn the key concepts of pH and TTA without having to leave your home or office. AIB has designed the course modeling the actual hands-on experiences of our students in the 18-week Baking Science and Technology resident course. The course includes not only lecture, but also interactive lab activities.

Enrollments are accepted at any time. There are no fixed starting dates. Once you have enrolled you are given 60 days to complete the course. Students who receive a 70% or above on the final exam will receive a document of completion and .5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
