Learn cookie and cracker science to address changing conditions, consumer demands

Seminar participants will learn the details of the function of ingredients as they relate to the production of cookie type products. Participants will also enhance their troubleshooting and formulating skills relating to cookie type products.

Hands-on Training

Each course mixes classroom training with lab sessions where participants will learn how to manipulate the variables of cookie production to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Three weeks that will change how you formulate, manufacture and profit from lucrative cookie and cracker sales.
